Complete Gyms approached us in need of a brand new website. Their previous site was built on Shopify and proved difficult for customers to navigate. As it was hard to find the products they were looking for, this meant site conversions were low. To add to this, Complete Gyms’ page speed was slow and the site’s design felt dated.

We used WordPress to design and build a bespoke website that the Complete Gyms team could easily edit and update themselves.

To kick things off, we travelled to Northern Ireland for regular client meetings to determine exactly what was needed from the new site. This included a simplified navigation, implementation of Klarna and an abandoned cart feature. We also added in new functionalities such as advanced product pages offering more detailed information and videos.

Then we refreshed the site’s look and feel, replacing its red colour scheme with grey throughout to reflect the newly refitted Complete Gyms showrooms.

Complete Gyms’ new website is speedy, modern and responsive across all devices. On-the-go exercise enthusiasts can experience a seamless customer journey, with fewer clicks to purchase and the option to add products directly to their basket from the homepage.
