Able Plumbing

We were approached by Able Plumbing to overhaul their entire digital presence. Their website was many years old and social media output sporadic with no defined strategy. Able wanted to be able to grow their business in the Milton Keynes area but didn’t know how to do this, they also mentioned they wanted to push the kitchens and bathrooms side of the business more as customers didn’t seem to realise these services existed too. We suggested a new website, social media management and an update to their imagery.

We started by re-designing and re-building their website showcasing all their services including Kitchens and Bathrooms. The whole website features imagery shot for Able as part of this project, we also shot a short introductory reel for the homepage, this also can get cut down to use on social media. We integrated the site with Commusoft, Able’s job management software, using the booking functionality to allow customers to book directly on the website without even calling the office.

We started managing Able’s social media pages, we post content on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn to improve brand awareness and perception, drive more traffic to the website and enhance community engagement. We then report on this monthly to give Able visibility and improve performance.

We also arranged a photo and video shoot for Able to capture new content of the team, jobs and office team. We shot a promo video to appear on the website as you land to show the journey of an Able install.

Able now have an informative, easy to use website that allows potential customers to view all Able services, make bookings and even get a boiler quote. We are now continuing our work with Able by providing website management and SEO optimised blog posts every month.

We also continue managing Able’s social media pages for continued growth.
